About The New School of Real Estate (NSRE)

The New School of Real Estate (NSRE) is your source for success in the real estate profession. We offer an opportunity to learn at the pace that works for you. Rather than charge you upfront anywhere from $350-550 just to get started on the 90 hour required course, at NSRE we offer an easy pay-easy way subscription model. You only pay $99 to start and then $25 per month to continue. Get it all done in one month, your cost is cut an average of 70%! Or study at your own pace for a mere $25 monthly subscription. While we do keep a credit card on file, we don't require a notice, you can cancel at any time after your first month.

Our curriculum was created by all three of our founders — bringing together decades of real estate, education, and association leadership experience. Among them is a long-time real estate association executive and REALTOR® University instructor with over 30 years of experience who created and taught graduate-level courses for NAR's REALTOR® University — ensuring our program is rooted in the highest standards of real estate education.

NSRE was co-founded by Jared Kennedy and Jon Stefanick — two professionals who bring both real-world experience and a passion for developing great agents. Jared is the founder of LIME Realty, a broker-owner with 15+ years of experience coaching, mentoring, and teaching highly successful agents. His dedication to the industry has been recognized with some of its highest honors — REALTOR® of the Year, Leader of the Year, and twice named Broker of the Year.

Jon Stefanick, also a co-founder of NSRE, leads a top sales team at LIME Realty with a strong focus on compliance and professionalism. Holding four degrees — including three Master's degrees, most notably a Master of Education in Curriculum, Assessment, and Administration — Jon draws from his extensive teaching background to deliver an educational experience that is truly unmatched.
